How to get a FPC quotation from us?
In order to enableus to make you a PCB quotation, please provide us below information
1. PCB Files
Please send me your PCB files in gerber file, .pcb or .pcbdoc file by email .
Sorry we do not work with .brd file, please change the format into the file that we can work with.
2. Available PCB Base Material:
FR4 1.6mm, FR4 1.2mm, FR4 1.0mm, FR4 0.8mm, Aluminium 1.6mm, if you need other materials, we can also buy it here for the production.
3. Available Copper Thickness:
0.5oz, 1oz, 2oz, 3oz, 4oz(thicker copper means higher cost)
4. Surface Treatment
Immersion Gold, Lead-free HASL(ROHS), Normal HASL(not ROHS), OSP
5. Available Colors for Solder Mask and Top Overlay(Component Legend)
Green, Blue, Red, Black, White..............
One common example of PCB is ordered as below:
FR4 1.6mm, ROHS, 1/1oz, Immersion Gold , Green Solder Mask, White silkscreen
Quotation time:
1. For PCB & FPC: quotation within 1 hours if all information are clear
2. For PCBA: quotation within 2 days if all information are clear
